Shipping, Returns, Promotions, & Exchanges
Your happiness with your new piece of furniture is our number one priority. That is why we work extremely hard to ensure you are pleased with your selection; but if you aren’t, for whatever reason, we're here to help. We are happy to offer a best-in-class self ship return policy made for Furniture Category.  We do not have Trail room services. These are very large products please be aware of size and weight and space and all specifications before placing the order.

 

Delivery
We have partnered with Logistics companies like Fedex, BlueDart, DTDC & Delhivery for our supply chain. All our products fall under the Heavy & Bulky category, that needs trucking and special handling thus we do not have trial room facilities like apparels or daily use items.

Please Note, We follow a Manufacturer model and not a retail model of distribution and hence there is no 1 way or 2 way shipping cost included in the MRP. All shipped goods are Insured and we bear the liability of a safe doorstep delivery. In case any damage in shipping we will issue a refund or replacement on priority. We do not use boxes, and ship our products in ecofriendly douffle bags, upon unboxing discard the same for sanitation purposes. We do not have Trail room services.


Returns
We recognize that these flexible policies are important for our clients. Only one return or exchange is allowed per order. Pieces that have been damaged, scratched, stained, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange. In Case of Damage or other issue the case needs to be highlighted in 2 Days. The 100 Day return is a preferential return under self ship.We do not have Trail room services.

Return Timeline
All our products have a Return Timeline Of 100 Days from the Date of Delivery. You can generate an RMA anytime within the timeline, Please do note Once an RMA is generated you have 7 days to ship back the product. Only One RMA can be issued against 1 order. Please go through the same with your shipping vendor before you go ahead and generate an RMA.

Terms for Return requested within 100 days of delivery
For the 100 Days Return you simply need to ship us back the product. Make sure its unused along with the receipt of Purchase. We do not have Trail room services. Once we receive back the product a 100% Refund on the product value would be issued. Pieces that have been damaged, scratched, stained, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or a deduction will be applicable.

Expansion
Unbox the shipment within 2-3 Days of Delivery. As its vacumm Packaged its not meant to be packaged for a long time. The longer you keep it packed the longer it will take to expand along with excessive manual fluffing that may take days.

Exchanges
We recognize that these flexible policies are important for our clients. The exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. We do not have Trail room services. However, we reserve the right to approve returns or exchanges, based on the condition of the piece and customer account history. Only one return or exchange is allowed per order. For the 100 Days Return you simply need to ship us back the product for the refund, no exchange is permitted. Pieces that have been damaged, scratched, stained, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellations
Orders are put into production 24 hours after being placed. Order cancellations requested within 24-hours will be refunded in full. Order cancellations are not possible if requested outside of 24-hours window. Exceptions may be allowed with a production Fee of Upto 40% determined by the stage of production.


Damages/Incorrect Product/Missing items

Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any missing parts, faults, damage or incorrect items immediately. These must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery. In case in mismatch in published details, connect with us within 48 Hours. Faulty claims outside the 48 hour reporting period will be assessed under warranty not damage or return as the insurance of shipping will have lapsed. To report an issue, please mail us at hello@theurbanyogi.co. Don’t forget to attach photos of the product and provide us with as much information as possible so that we can assist you. Our team will review your completed form and contact you via email within one business day with the next steps.

Custom Orders
We can accept returns for any customization in colors, however if you have customized your product in a completely different size, dimension, fabric or opted for a custom design not listed as standard inventory on on website, we cannot accept any returns of such orders.

Terms and Conditions

  1. 100 Day Trial is applicable for the first 100 days from the date of delivery. In case of a swap between different models, the 100 day trial will be still calculated from the day your original product is delivered.
  2. 100 Day Trial is applicable only on standard products and not available if any customizations have been made.
  3. Cancellations are not allowed on customized products.
  4. 100 day trial Policy is not applicable on orders that have been placed via Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm or any other 3rd party marketplace or distributor.
  5. For a full refund, you may decide to return the beanbag sac any time before the end of 100 nights.
  6. Return and Refund on 100 Day Trial offer will not be applicable if the product falls under an exception to Return/Refund under 100 Day Trial.
  7. Our 100 Day Trial offer applies only to the original purchaser of genuine Urban Yogi products purchased from www.theurbanyogi.co or any other website authorized by Urban Yogi.
  8. Like any relationship, one has to date before marrying! We ask you to give your Urban Yogi beanbag sac a fair trial for a minimum of 2 weeks. Research shows that it takes just about that much time for your body to start adjusting to any new beanbag!
  9. We will need photographic proof of the product from your end while opting for a return. We may cancel the request if you fail to provide substantial proof.
  10. The final decision on refund under 100 Day Trial offer will be made by Urban Yogi. The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the 100 Day Trial Offer.
  11. Disputes, if any, are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

Exceptions to Return/Refund under 100 Day Trial

  1. There should be no sign of dirt or damage on the product.
  2. The 100 day trial does not cover the exchange of your product due to an incorrect size ordered by you.
  3. This policy is limited to one product per household per year.
  4. This policy is not applicable on the footstools, accessories or covers and fillers.
